Special Opportunities
At this time, the following are special opportunities where your loving service can be provided:
- Assist the food pantry by donating your time. We are looking for volunteers to help with the regular distribution of food each Wednesday.
- Donate to our food pantry. Non-perishable items are preferred, although we do have limited space for frozen items. Peanut butter, mayonnaise, tuna fish, and cereal are items that are always in demand.
- Work in our nursery. Volunteers are needed to provided enhanced coverage and improve our scheduling flexibility. There is a need for people willing to coordinate, promote, and oversee our nursery program.
- Help out musically. Share your special talent (vocal or instrumental) during worship services.
- Serve on the Hospitality Team by sharing in the responsibility for the coffee-hour fellowship, which is held on the third Sunday of each month.
- Assist with worship on Sunday mornings by being a Liturgist: lead the congregation through the order of worship, and provide the reading of the scripture.
